Dear colleagues!

Astrakhan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering invites you to participate in a scientific event - an international scientific and practical conference "Modeling and Formation of the resilient cities infrastructure (MFRCCI-2021)".

The aim of the conference: Today the world is faced with many different problems: the growth of energy consumption, environmental pollution, rapid urbanization and overpopulation of cities, the introduction of computer technology in almost all areas of human activity. The strategic direction for solving these problems is the development of fundamental foundations for the development of information technology and modeling methods. A modern research engineer must have skills in the field of electronics, information technology, automation, be able to analyze and take into account any peculiarities and limitations in the design and construction of buildings, taking into account their interaction with the environment, be able to receive and analyze domestic and foreign experience. The conference includes a series of invited reports by leading world scientists, with the aim of acquainting young scientists with the current problems and main achievements of information technology and modeling theory in the field of construction and architecture. Key lectures will be reports by European scientists from Sweden, Spain, Austria, Slovenia on topics related to digitalization, construction and management of smart buildings and smart urban environments, building a sustainable infrastructure in cities and towns, creating a biosphere-compatible urban environment. In the afternoon, a poster session will be organized, where students and graduate students will present their work. We invite students to present research papers in the field of information technology application in the field of electric power, construction, architecture and ecology, for modeling physical and technical objects, processes in architecture and construction, in the exchange of experience in the use of information technologies in teaching. Young scientists, graduate students, undergraduates and senior students - the conference participants will discuss the latest achievements and trends in the field of modeling construction objects, technological processes; modeling and control of electric power systems; will be able to present their first research papers in the field of creating specialized software models and systems (for electricity, construction, healthcare and ecology).

Young scientists are invited to participate. We invite you to submit for discussion reports that are high-quality original research and development on the topic of the conference. The conference will last two days and, along with presentations by young scientists, a series of plenary reports by leading experts in the theory of modeling and the application of information technologies in construction and architecture is planned.
